By undertaking coaching with Dr Ayiesha Malik you agree to the following:
BACKGROUND:
For medical concerns all patients should be reviewed by their own GP before commencing coaching. This service is not appropriate for anyone suffering with psychosis, suicidal ideation or severe anxiety or depression.
SESSION TIMES AND LOCATION:
Cancellations made by you less than 24 hours before a booked session will be invoiced in full.

Resources such as books and websites may be sign-posted. The coach does not accept any responsibility for their content.

You have under no obligation to book ongoing sessions. *Whatever recommendations or suggestions the coach are merely suggestions.
You are responsible for any health choices you make.
