1.2 These services are not appropriate for individuals suffering from psychosis, suicidal ideation, or severe anxiety or depression.

1.3 Dr. Ayiesha Malik is not acting as your GP or medical doctor. You should always consult your own healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

1.4 You must continue any medication or treatment prescribed by your doctor. Working with Dr. Ayiesha Malik does not replace or cancel your existing medical treatment plan.

1.5 No guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or improvements are made. Results may vary based on individual circumstances.

1.6 These services do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Symptom management is provided through bespoke protocols, which may not align with NHS or other government guidelines.

1.7 Dr. Ayiesha Malik is not an emergency service. If you experience life-threatening symptoms, including but not limited to chest pain, shortness of breath, uncontrolled bleeding, or severe injury, you must immediately call 999 in the UK or go to the nearest A&E (or equivalent local emergency service).

2. Session Times, Location, and Cancellation

2.1 Services are conducted online via platforms such as Zoom or telephone, unless otherwise agreed.

2.2 Session times are agreed upon in advance. Punctuality is expected to ensure sessions run as scheduled.

2.3 No refunds will be provided for cancellations or missed sessions.

2.4 Dr. Ayiesha Malik reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.

3. Tasks and Resources

3.1 Clients may be signposted to external resources, including books, websites, or other materials.

3.2 Dr. Ayiesha Malik does not accept responsibility for the content or accuracy of external resources.

4. Client Commitment and Responsibility

4.1 Clients are under no obligation to book ongoing sessions.

4.2 Any recommendations, suggestions, or guidance provided by Dr. Ayiesha Malik are advisory only.

4.3 Clients are fully responsible for their own health and wellbeing choices, including following any advice or recommendations.

4.4 Clients must continue any treatment or medication prescribed by their doctor. Coaching and naturopathy sessions are intended to complement, not replace, professional medical care.

4.5 Notes from coaching or naturopathy sessions are not automatically sent to your GP. It is your responsibility to inform your GP if you are also working with a naturopathic doctor.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

5.1 All client information will be treated with strict confidentiality.

5.2 Confidentiality will only be breached if:

• The client provides explicit authorisation, or

• Required by law (e.g., in cases of risk to self or others).

5.3 Client data is collected and stored in compliance with data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Fees for services will be communicated prior to booking.

6.2 Payments are due in advance of the session unless otherwise agreed.

6.3 Refunds are not provided for sessions not attended or cancelled by the client.

6.4 Dr. Ayiesha Malik reserves the right to change fees with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Dr. Ayiesha Malik, her staff, and associates accept no liability for:

• Any adverse effects from following advice or recommendations

• Decisions made based on coaching, naturopathy, or homeopathy sessions

• Use of external resources

7.2 In no event shall Dr. Ayiesha Malik’s liability exceed the fees paid by the client for services received.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All materials, documents, resources, and content provided by Dr. Ayiesha Malik remain her intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8.2 Clients may use materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without permission.

9. Website Use
